Washington High School Basketball - Centralia winner over Overlake
December 28, 2023: Redmond, WA 98053 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Centralia Tigers (Centralia, WA) basketball squad felled the host Overlake Owls (Redmond, WA), by a margin of 52-44.
The Tigers (2-6) will now prepare for their outing against Shelton (Shelton, WA). The Highclimbers go into the 2A Evergreen outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Shelton thwarted Elma (Elma, WA), 45-41, in a non-league outing.
The Owls now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Bush for a 1A Emerald Sound outing on Wednesday, January 3. Overlake will clash with a Blazers squad coming off a 48-46 non-league win over Olympic (Bremerton, WA). The Blazers record now stands at 7-2.
