The Forest Lake Rangers (Forest Lake, MN) basketball nipped the host Cherry Tigers (Iron, MN), 69-65 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Rangers (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Crimson go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Maple Grove got by Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN), 62-61, in a non-league test.
