Georgia High School Basketball - Cristo Rey Atlanta tipped by Rome
December 28, 2023: Atlanta, GA 30308 The Rome Wolves basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Cristo Rey Atlanta to 73 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolves now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Etowah for a AAAAAA Region 6 contest on Wednesday, January 3. Rome will meet a Eagles team coming off a 61-45 non-league win over North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-4.
The (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against White County (Cleveland, GA). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, White County was nudged by Christian Heritage (Dalton, GA), 77-46, in a non-league contest.
