Texas High School Basketball - Specially Fit Academy edges Dunbar
December 28, 2023: Fort Worth, TX 76112 The Specially Fit Academy Rams (Dover, FL) basketball nipped the host Dunbar Wildcats (Fort Worth, TX), 74-68 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rams (11-7) will now prepare for their test against American (Hialeah, FL). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, American got by Downey Christian (Orlando, FL), 61-50, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Hills for a 4A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, January 2. Dunbar will encounter a Highlanders squad coming off a 61-58 non-league win over Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Highlanders record now stands at 16-4.
