Maryland High School Basketball - Easton can't hold off Smyrna
December 28, 2023: Easton, MD 21601 The Smyrna Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Easton Warriors to 49 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milford for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Smyrna will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 79-41 non-league win over Washington (Princess Anne, MD). The Buccaneers record now stands at 4-3.
The Warriors (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Caroline (Ridgely, MD). The Bulldogs enter the Bayside - North contest with a 1-3 record.
