Michigan High School Basketball - Troy nips Edison Academy
December 28, 2023: Detroit, MI 48207 Troy Colts (Troy, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI), 69-68 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Troy upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Lake Orion (Lake Orion, MI) to play the Dragons in a Oakland - White bout on Thursday, January 4. The Dragons come into the bout with a record of 7-2. Lake Orion won 66-30 in their recent league bout against Bloomfield Hills (Bloomfield Hills, MI)
Next up, the Pioneers play the University Prep Art & Design Mustangs (Detroit, MI) in a Freelance bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Edison Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
