December 28, 2023: Fair Haven, VT 05743 The South Glens Falls Bulldogs (South Glens Falls, NY) basketball nipped the host Fair Haven Slaters (Fair Haven, VT), 69-66 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Amsterdam (Amsterdam, NY). The Rams go into the Section 2 Foothills test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Amsterdam was tipped by New Hartford (New Hartford, NY), 57-49, in a non-league test.
The Slaters now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Middlebury for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 3. Fair Haven will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 58-37 non-league loss to Harwood (Moretown, VT). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
