Arkansas High School Basketball - Hope nudges Grand Oaks
December 28, 2023: Hope, AR 71801 Hope Bobcats (Hope, AR) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Grand Oaks Grizzlies (Spring, TX), 59-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hope upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Paris (Paris, AR) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-13. Paris lost 62-32 in their recent non-league bout against Shiloh Christian (Springdale, AR)
Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Sam Rayburn Rebels (Ivanhoe, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Grand Oaks will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 57-51 non-league win over Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX).
