December 28, 2023: Hamilton City, CA 95951 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the South Fork Cubs (Miranda, CA) and the host Hamilton Braves (Hamilton City, CA), saw South Fork's basketball squad overcome Hamilton by a tally of 57-43.
With the victory, South Fork improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Cubs travel to Chester (Chester, CA) to play the Volcanoes in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Volcanoes come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Chester lost 51-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Loyalton (Loyalton, CA)
Next up, the Braves play the Maxwell Panthers (Maxwell, CA) in a Mid-Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Hamilton will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 57-35 non-league win over Esparto (Esparto, CA).
