The Hazel Green Trojans basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Trotwood-Madison Rams to 46 in the Trojans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckhorn for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Hazel Green will battle a Bucks team coming off a 55-44 non-league win over Madison Academy (Madison, AL). The Bucks record now stands at 15-5.

The Rams (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Thurgood Marshall (Dayton, OH). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Thurgood Marshall was nudged by Monroe (Monroe, OH), 63-59, in a non-league contest.
