In Thursday's non-league outing, the Longview Lobos (Longview, TX) basketball squad beat the host Hot Springs Trojans (Hot Springs, AR), by a count of 73-56.

The Lobos (18-2) will now prepare for their outing against Marshall (Marshall, TX). The Mavericks go into the 5A Region II District 15 outing with a 6-9 record. In their last outing, Marshall defeated Pollok Central (Pollok, TX), 62-48, in a non-league outing.
