Minnesota High School Basketball - Willmar thwarts Humboldt
December 28, 2023: Willmar, MN 56201 The Willmar Cardinals (Willmar, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Humboldt Hawks (St. Paul, MN), 69-51 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (2-8) will now prepare for their test against New London-Spicer (New London, MN). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, New London-Spicer notched a victory over Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN), 71-66, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they host St. Paul Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9.
