Imagine Prep Storm (Surprise, AZ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Bella Vista College Preparatory School Bears (Scottsdale, AZ), 60-58 in a league bout.

With the victory, Imagine Prep upgrades its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Storm host South Pointe (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Griffins in a Canyon Division 3 - Mountain bout on Friday, January 26. The Griffins come into the bout with a record of 9-7. South Pointe lost 57-41 in their recent non-league bout against Eduprize (Gilbert, AZ)

Next up, the Bears play the Glenview College Prep Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Bella Vista College Preparatory School will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record.
