Nevada High School Basketball - Somerset Sky Pointe knocked off by Lake Mead Academy

The Lake Mead Academy Eagles basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles to 62 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Needles for a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. Lake Mead Academy will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 62-54 non-league win over Enterprise (Enterprise, UT). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Enterprise Wolves (Enterprise, UT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Somerset Sky Pointe will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 72-69 non-league win over Moapa Valley (Overton, NV).
