December 28, 2023: Fort Worth, TX 76052 The V.R. Eaton Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) basketball felled the visiting MacArthur Cardinals (Irving, TX), 59-44 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Bengals go into the non-league test with a 18-2 record. In their last test, Braswell was beaten by McKinney (McKinney, TX), 54-41, in a league test.
The Cardinals now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they travel to Mesquite for a non-league test on Friday, December 29. MacArthur will encounter a Skeeters squad coming off a 54-50 non-league win over Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX). The Skeeters record now stands at 7-11.
