Arkansas High School Basketball - Malvern trounces Prescott
December 28, 2023: Malvern, AR 72104 The Malvern Leopards (Malvern, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Prescott Curley Wolves (Prescott, AR), 65-43 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Leopards (4-2) will now prepare for their test against De Queen (De Queen, AR). The Leopards go into the 4A Region 7 test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, De Queen walloped Western Yell County (Havana, AR), 76-49, in a non-league test.
The Curley Wolves now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Genoa Central for a 3A Region 7 test on Friday, January 5. Prescott will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 70-28 non-league loss to Camden Fairview (Camden, AR). The Dragons record now stands at 2-9.
