Wisconsin High School Basketball - Medford fells Ripon
December 28, 2023: Ripon, WI 54971 Medford Raiders (Medford, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad overcome the host Ripon Tigers (Ripon, WI), 70-60 in a non-league challenge.
With the victory, Medford improves its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Northland Pines (Eagle River, WI) to confront the Eagles in a Great Northern challenge on Friday, January 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Northland Pines won 76-63 in their recent non-league challenge against Adams-Friendship (Adams, WI)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Plymouth Panthers (Plymouth, WI) in a East Central challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Ripon will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 88-78 non-league loss to Sheboygan North (Sheboygan, WI).
