New York High School Basketball - Middletown overwhelmed by Niskayuna
December 28, 2023: Middletown, NY 10940 The Niskayuna Silver Warriors basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the host Middletown Middie Bears to 52 in the Silver Warriors non-league victory on Thursday.
The Silver Warriors now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shenendehowa for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Niskayuna will battle a Plainsmen team coming off a 55-42 non-league loss to Kingston (Kingston, NY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 3-4.
The Middie Bears (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Troy (Troy, NY). The Flying Horses come into the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Troy was routed by Schenectady (Schenectady, NY), 86-70, in a non-league contest.
