Washington High School Basketball - Olympic nips University Prep
December 28, 2023: Seattle, WA 98115 Olympic Trojans (Bremerton, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host University Prep Pumas (Seattle, WA), 41-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Olympic upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to Bush (Seattle, WA) to play the Blazers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Bush won 59-44 in their recent non-league bout against Vashon Island (Vashon Island, WA)
Next up, the Pumas play the Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA) in a 1A Emerald Sound bout, on Wednesday, January 3. University Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 55-50 non-league loss to Mt. Baker (Deming, WA).
