The Vandercook Lake Jayhawks basketball team (Jackson, MI), was overwhelmed 60-20 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Quincy Orioles (Quincy, MI)

The Orioles now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whiteford for a non-league battle on Friday, December 29. Quincy will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 89-50 non-league win over Mendon (Mendon, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-2.
