In Thursday's non-league outing, the Sherwood Bowmen (Sherwood, OR) basketball squad felled the host Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ), by a margin of 57-47.

The Bowmen (3-6) will now prepare for their outing against Mountainside (Beaverton, OR). The Mavericks go into the non-league outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Mountainside was beaten by Liberty (Hillsboro, OR), 71-65, in a non-league outing.
