December 28, 2023: Coushatta, LA 71019 The Red River Bulldogs (Coushatta, LA) basketball felled the visiting Vidalia Vikings (Vidalia, LA), 49-41 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Madison (Tallulah, LA). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Madison was beaten by Carroll (Monroe, LA), 62-53, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Richwood for a non-league test on Saturday, December 30. Vidalia will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 58-40 non-league win over Caldwell Parish (Columbia, LA). The Rams record now stands at 12-7.
