December 28, 2023: Wheeling, WV 26003 The Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV) basketball crushed the visiting Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV), 80-45 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cadets (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Martinsburg walloped North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD), 61-49, in a non-league test.
The Patriots now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Hagerstown for a non-league test on Friday, December 29. Washington will encounter a Hubs squad coming off a 61-49 non-league loss to Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV). The Hubs record now stands at 5-2.
