December 28, 2023: Thorp, WI 54771 The Abbotsford Falcons basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Thorp Cardinals to 21 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.
The Falcons now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Owen-Withee for a non-league contest on Sunday, December 31. Abbotsford will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 67-40 league loss to Neillsville (Neillsville, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 6-4.
The Cardinals (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bloomer (Bloomer, WI). The Blackhawks come into the Cloverbelt - West contest with a 5-5 record.
