Texas High School Basketball - Bowie trounces Lebanon Trail
December 28, 2023: Arlington, TX 76018 The Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers (Frisco, TX), 77-26 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Volunteers (10-10) will now prepare for their test against Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Gophers go into the 6A Region I District 8 test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Grand Prairie walloped Arlington (Arlington, TX), 60-35, in a league test.
The Trail Blazers now own a 2-16 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty for a 5A Region II District 10 test on Tuesday, January 2. Lebanon Trail will encounter a Redhawks squad coming off a 45-40 league win over Emerson (McKinney, TX). The Redhawks record now stands at 13-6.
