Texas High School Basketball - Cisco can't hold off Little River Academy
December 28, 2023: Cisco, TX 76437 The Little River Academy Bumblebees basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Cisco Loboes to 41 in the Bumblebees non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bumblebees now sport a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamilton for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Little River Academy will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-46 non-league loss to Cisco (Cisco, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-7.
The Loboes (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 13-10 record. In their last contest, Nolan Catholic was nudged by Brownwood (Brownwood, TX), 53-37, in a non-league contest.
