Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Upper Scioto Valley Rams (McGuffey, OH) and the visiting Continental Pirates (Continental, OH), saw Upper Scioto Valley's basketball squad overcome Continental by a tally of 52-39.

With the victory, Upper Scioto Valley improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH) to confront the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 30. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Indian Lake lost 59-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Tecumseh (New Carlisle, OH)

Next up, the Pirates confront the Miller City Wildcats (Miller City, OH) in a Putnam County challenge, on Friday, January 5. Continental will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record.
