Oregon High School Basketball - Myrtle Point overwhelmed by Coquille
December 28, 2023: Coquille, OR 97423 The Coquille Red Devils basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Myrtle Point Bobcats to 24 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Thursday.
The Red Devils now sport a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bandon for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Coquille will battle a Tigers team coming off a 50-39 non-league win over North Douglas (Drain, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 9-1.
The Bobcats (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Douglas (Drain, OR). The come into the 1A Skyline contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, North Douglas was routed by Bandon (Bandon, OR), 50-39, in a non-league contest.
