Washington High School Basketball - Decatur holds off Lynnwood

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Decatur Golden Gators (Federal Way, WA) and the host Lynnwood Royals (Bothell, WA), saw Decatur's basketball squad hold off Lynnwood by a tally of 40-36.

With the victory, Decatur improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Golden Gators travel to Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 30. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 0-9. Central Kitsap lost 76-30 in their recent league challenge against Timberline (Lacey, WA)

Next up, the Royals confront the Kamiak Knights (Mukilteo, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Lynnwood will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record.
