Texas High School Basketball - Dumas knocked off by Hale Center
December 28, 2023: Dumas, TX 79029 The Hale Center Owls basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Dumas Demons to 26 in the Owls non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Owls now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Littlefield for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Hale Center will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 51-26 non-league win over Andrews (Andrews, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-5.
The Demons (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Portales (Portales, NM). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Portales was defeated by Levelland (Levelland, TX), 37-30, in a non-league contest.
