December 28, 2023: North East, MD 21901 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) and the visiting Greater Grace Christian Academy Eagles (Baltimore, MD), saw Rising Sun's basketball squad hold off Greater Grace Christian Academy by a count of 50-46.
With the victory, Rising Sun upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Edgewood (Edgewood, MD) to play the Rams in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehanna challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 6-1.
