December 28, 2023: Holly Pond, AL 35083 The Holly Pond Broncos basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting West Limestone Wildcats to 41 in the Broncos non-league victory on Thursday.
The Broncos now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ardmore for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Holly Pond will battle a Tigers team coming off a 63-45 non-league loss to Cold Springs (Bremen, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 12-6.
The Wildcats (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Cold Springs (Bremen, AL). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Cold Springs triumphed over Ardmore (Ardmore, AL), 63-45, in a non-league contest.
