The Piedmont Hills Pirates basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting James Lick Comets to 11 in the Pirates non-league victory on Thursday.

The Pirates now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Grove for a Blossom Valley - Santa Teresa contest on Tuesday, January 2. Piedmont Hills will battle a Eagles team coming off a 50-40 non-league loss to Washington (Fremont, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
