December 28, 2023: Oregon City, OR 97045 Jefferson Democrats (Portland, OR) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Oregon City Pioneers (Oregon City, OR), 53-43 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Jefferson upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Democrats travel to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a record of 6-5. Mission Hills won 56-43 in their recent non-league bout against Crescent Valley (Corvallis, OR)
Next up, the Pioneers play the Crescent Valley Raiders (Corvallis, OR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Oregon City will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 56-43 non-league loss to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA).
