North Dakota High School Basketball - Legacy overwhelms Red River
December 28, 2023: Grand Forks, ND 58201 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Legacy (Bismarck, ND) and the host Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND), saw Legacy's basketball squad wallop Red River by a tally of 57-36.
With the victory, Legacy improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The host Century (Bismarck, ND) to play the Patriots in a AA West challenge on Friday, January 5. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Century won 59-32 in their recent league challenge against Dickinson (Dickinson, ND)
Next up, the Roughriders play the Devils Lake Firebirds (Devils Lake, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Red River will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 57-46 league loss to Thompson (Thompson, ND).
