Texas High School Basketball - Spring tops Montgomery

Spring Lions (Spring, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Montgomery Bears (Montgomery, TX), 54-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Spring upgrades its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Clear Falls (League City, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 8-12.

Next up, the Bears play the Willis Wildkats (Willis, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 16-5 season record.
