With the win, Plainfield Central upgrades its record to 2-10 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Oswego (Oswego, IL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-13. Oswego lost 48-42 in their recent non-league bout against Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] (Kansas, IL)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Morgan Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 34-29 non-league win over Thornton (Harvey, IL).
