Washington High School Basketball - Burlington-Edison thwarts Cedarcrest
December 28, 2023: Burlington, WA 98233 The Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting Cedarcrest Red Wolves (Duvall, WA), 50-37 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Meridian (Bellingham, WA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Meridian notched a victory over Mt. Baker (Deming, WA), 59-27, in a non-league test.
The Red Wolves now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mountlake Terrace for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 3. Cedarcrest will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 56-45 non-league win over Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-2.
