Washington High School Basketball - Ferndale thwarts Cascade
December 28, 2023: Ferndale, WA 98248 The Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting Cascade Bruins (Everett, WA), 60-40 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Golden Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Foster (Tukwila, WA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Foster went down by Issaquah (Issaquah, WA), 46-25, in a non-league test.
The Bruins now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Meadowdale for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 2. Cascade will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 53-46 non-league win over Interlake (Bellevue, WA). The Mavericks record now stands at 9-1.
