California High School Basketball - Santa Paula nips Dos Pueblos
December 28, 2023: Santa Paula, CA 93060 Santa Paula Cardinals (Santa Paula, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA), 54-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Santa Paula upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Cardinals host Buena (Ventura, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Buena won 56-45 in their recent non-league bout against Camarillo (Camarillo, CA)
Next up, the Chargers play the San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 5. Dos Pueblos will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
