Nevada High School Basketball - Douglas trounces Oasis Academy
December 28, 2023: Fallon, NV 89406 The Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) basketball crushed the host Oasis Academy Bighorns (Fallon, NV), 54-21 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (11-1) will now prepare for their test against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Spanish Springs walloped Reed (Sparks, NV), 66-57, in a non-league test.
The Bighorns now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to McQueen for a non-league test on Saturday, December 30. Oasis Academy will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 53-51 non-league win over Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 5-6.
