California High School Basketball - Edison tops Oakdale
December 28, 2023: Stockton, CA 95206 Edison Vikings (Stockton, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Oakdale Mustangs (Oakdale, CA), 59-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Edison upgrades its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Sonora (Sonora, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 10-2. Sonora won 60-36 in their recent non-league bout against Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Ripon Christian Knights (Ripon, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Oakdale will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 60-36 non-league loss to Sonora (Sonora, CA).
