Washington High School Basketball - Juanita ripped by Newport - Bellevue
December 28, 2023: Kirkland, WA 98034 The Newport - Bellevue Knights basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Juanita Ravens to 35 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Knights now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bothell/Inglemoor for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Newport - Bellevue will battle a Cougars team coming off a 77-75 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-6.
The Ravens (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hazen (Renton, WA). The Highlanders enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Hazen triumphed over Kent-Meridian (Kent, WA), 69-57, in a non-league contest.
