California High School Basketball - Moreau Catholic overwhelms Miramonte
December 28, 2023: Orinda, CA 94563 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Moreau Catholic Mariners (Hayward, CA) and the host Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA), saw Moreau Catholic's basketball squad wallop Miramonte by a tally of 77-37.
With the victory, Moreau Catholic improves its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Mariners host Redwood (Larkspur, CA) to play the Giants in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Giants come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Redwood won 66-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA)
Next up, the Matadors play the College Park Falcons (Pleasant Hill, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Miramonte will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record.
