Indiana High School Basketball - Alexandria-Monroe toppled by Borden
December 28, 2024: Borden, IN 47106 Borden Braves (Borden, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Alexandria-Monroe Tigers (Alexandria, IN), 51-43 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Borden upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Braves host New Washington (New Washington, IN) to face the Mustangs in a Southern match on Friday, January 10. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 2-6.
The Tigers now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anderson for a non-league match on Monday, January 6.
