The Royse City Bulldogs basketball squad (Royse City, TX), was nudged 58-53 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX)

With the victory, Angleton advances its record to 12-12 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Foster (Richmond, TX) to meet the Falcons in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 28. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 9-7. Foster won 47-43 in their recent non-league battle against Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Forney for a 6A Region II District 10 battle on Friday, January 3. Royse City will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 64-49 non-league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 12-10.
