Illinois High School Basketball - Byron victorious over Annawan
December 28, 2024: Byron, IL 61010 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Byron Tigers basketball team scored a good 66-48 triumph over the Annawan Braves/Bravettes.
The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, East Dubuque was toppled by Sherrard (Sherrard, IL), 51-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Braves/Bravettes confront the Wethersfield Flying Geese (Kewanee, IL) in a Lincoln Trail contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Annawan will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record.
