Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Pine-Richland bests Beaver
December 28, 2024: Gibsonia, PA The Pine-Richland Rams basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Beaver Bobcats to 56 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Rams now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Hills for a WPIAL 6A 1 game on Friday, January 3. Pine-Richland will play a Indians team coming off a 83-55 non-league loss to Mars (Mars, PA). The Indians record now stands at 2-8.
With the loss, Beaver falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA) to play the Vikings in a WPIAL 4A 2 game on Friday, January 3. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 4-5. Hopewell lost 85-54 in their recent league game against Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA)
