Hawaii High School Basketball - Mid-Pacific Institute bests Bishop Manogue

The Mid-Pacific Institute Owls basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Bishop Manogue Miners to 65 in the Owls non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Owls now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Mid-Pacific Institute will confront a Trojans team coming off a 82-71 non-league win over El Camino (Oceanside, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Bishop Manogue falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Wooster (Reno, NV) to confront the Colts in a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. The Colts go into the game with a record of 1-10. Wooster won 48-40 in their recent non-league game against Bruce Randolph (Denver, CO)
