Maryland High School Basketball - Herndon bests Brunswick
December 28, 2024: Brunswick, MD 21716 The Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) basketball toppled the host Brunswick Railroaders (Brunswick, MD), 60-45 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Dominion for a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. Herndon will play a Titans team coming off a 80-41 non-league loss to Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Titans record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Brunswick falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Railroaders travel to Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD) to play the Sentinels in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 2. The Sentinels go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Fort Hill lost 61-45 in their recent non-league bout against Heritage Academy (Hagerstown, MD)
